You will have a 30-minute video interview with a member of our team, who will be your personal contact. Our aim is to understand your needs, get to know your family, your lifestyle, your children's personalities and all the elements that will enable us to help you.

Pre-recruitment of candidates

We select certified profiles that match your criteria. The candidates selected are those who have received a file from your family and who are already interested in making contact.

Internal messaging

Chat securely directly on our platform to get to know the candidates. Once you've got past the initial stage of trust and interest, you can chat by video with the people you're interested in. We follow up after each of your interviews.

Monthly follow-up

Every month, you will receive a 10-point evaluation of your experience by e-mail. Depending on the answers we receive, we may or may not intervene to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. Your au pair also fills in this form, enabling us to provide full follow-up.

Médiation et Rematch

We have a service dedicated to families and a service dedicated to au pairs. This enables us to mediate between the two parties. Our expertise enables us to advise you, and au pairs to place their trust in us. In the event of difficulties, we set up a 3-stage mediation protocol. If there is no improvement, we proceed to a rematch, a change of au pair for you, and of family for the au pair.

The Administrative Formalities Package

The Administrative Formalities package handles all the legal steps for hosting your Au Pair. We prepare the contract, assist with the visa application, and manage the required declarations to ensure a smooth and compliant arrival.
