If you’ve matched with a Premium family or would like us to accompany you when you become an au pair, choose the Assistance package to leave with complete peace of mind!
The agency will accompany you from the moment you prepare to leave home, right through to the end of your au pair experience. Payment of the assistance package is made at the time of the “match” with the family.

Advice and availability
We'll be with you every step of the way, from the search to the end of your au pair placement. We'll guide you every step of the way.
Managing formalities
We can help you with all the administrative paperwork. Thanks to our digital platform, all the paperwork is simplified: the documents you need for your arrival in the family: contract, social security declaration (for France) and insurance.
Coaching
The Assistance package includes 3 coaching sessions to develop your talents and your au pair experience. You'll be coached on a variety of topics such as self-confidence, au pair issues, integration, etc.

You'll be part of our worldwide community of au pairs. It's a great way to make friends, help each other and build your international network.
Monthly monitoring
Every month, you will receive an in-depth evaluation of your experience by e-mail. Based on your scores and the answers we receive, we take action to ensure your stay goes smoothly.
Mediation and rematch
If you encounter difficulties, we provide a mediation service between you and your family. If necessary, we will arrange a rematch: you will be placed with another family.

Monitored by our experts, the Premium family receives advice on the conditions of the au pair’s stay and how to proceed.
An au pair family that matches your criteria.
The Autonomous family
Autonomous families wish to be independent in their search for an au pair.
They are validated according to regulatory criteria. The Au Pair Butrfly team has not interviewed them.
You and the family are free to contact each other. Ask for a contract before joining a family.
